– Waking up stiff, sore or in pain and hoping it eases… but it doesn’t.
– Trying to get through work with a sore back, neck or shoulder that keeps flaring up.
– Skipping the gym, sport or walks because you’re worried about making things worse.
– Feeling stuck after surgery and unsure if you’re progressing as you should.
– Relying on quick fixes that help for a little while… then the pain returns.
If any of that sounds like you, we’ll take the time to listen, understand what your body is telling you, and map out a clear, practical plan to get you moving confidently again.
At Any Stage Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine, we combine elite sports experience with evidence-based, active treatment to help you move better, feel better, and stay that way.
We don’t just chase symptoms. We identify what’s driving your pain, then use hands-on treatment, strength & conditioning principles and tailored exercises to restore how you move.
Conditions we commonly treat:
– Sports injuries that won’t fully settle
– Muscle and tendon issues (hamstring, calf, rotator cuff, tendinopathy, etc.)
– Joint sprains and strains (ankle, knee, shoulder, hip, spine)
– Persistent (chronic) back and neck pain
– Pain or stiffness from prolonged sitting or desk work
– Pre and post-operative rehabilitation (knee, hip, shoulder, spine and more)
– General aches, pains and movement limitations holding you back
1. Conversation & History
We start by listening. We’ll go through your injury history, daily demands, previous treatments, goals, and what you need your body to be able to do.
2. Assessment & Diagnosis
A thorough, functional assessment of your movement, strength and specific injury area. You’ll walk away with a clear explanation of what’s going on.
3. Hands-On Treatment
Targeted, evidence-based physiotherapy to ease pain, improve movement and address key problem areas.
4. Active Rehab & Plan
You’ll receive a tailored, strength-based exercise program and a clear plan: how often we’ll see you, what to do between sessions, and how we’ll measure progress.
We Treat All Ages & Activity Levels
From weekend warriors and office workers to recreational and elite athletes, we adjust our approach to your stage, sport and lifestyle.
We Look at the Whole Picture
Work, sport, posture, sleep, previous injuries and training load all influence how you move. We take them into account when building your plan.
Active, Empowering Approach
You won’t just lie on the bed and hope for the best. We combine hands-on care with active rehab so you know exactly what to do to keep improving.
Straightforward, No-Pressure Care
We’ll tell you honestly what we recommend. No scare tactics, no pressure. Just clear options so you can make informed decisions.
